How do I list my business on ENRAY?+
Click 'List Your Business' on the homepage, create a free account, fill in your business details (name, category, emirate, contact), upload photos, and submit. Your listing goes live within 24 hours after our team verifies it.
How long does verification take?+
Most listings are verified within 24 hours during business days (Sun–Thu). For premium accounts, verification is prioritised and usually completed within 2 hours.
Can I have multiple business locations?+
Yes! You can create separate listings for each location. The Premium plan supports linked multi-location management from a single dashboard.
Can I edit my listing after it's published?+
Absolutely. Log in to your dashboard at any time to update information, photos, hours, or contact details. Changes are live immediately.
What happens if my listing has incorrect information?+
Either edit it yourself from your dashboard, or contact us via [email protected] and we'll fix it within hours.
Is the free plan really free forever?+
Yes — 100% free with no credit card required. You get a full business listing, search visibility, customer reviews, and WhatsApp contact button.
What does the Featured plan include?+
Featured badge in search, top placement in your category, homepage carousel, up to 15 photos, advanced analytics, and priority support — ₹999/year.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time, no questions asked. You keep premium features until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer discounts for yearly plans?+
Yes — pay yearly and save 17%. That works out to about 2 months free.
How do customers leave reviews?+
Anyone with a free ENRAY account can leave a review on a business listing. They simply choose a star rating (1–5) and write their experience.
Can I respond to reviews?+
Yes. Business owners can publicly reply to every review from their dashboard. Responding to reviews — especially negative ones — boosts your visibility.
What about fake or abusive reviews?+
Flag any suspicious review from the listing page. Our moderation team investigates within 24 hours and removes anything that violates our guidelines.
How do I sign up?+
Click 'Sign In' → 'Register'. Choose whether you're a user or business owner. Sign up with email/password or Google in seconds.
I forgot my password — what now?+
Click 'Forgot Password' on the sign-in page. We'll email you a reset link instantly.
How do I delete my account?+
Email us at [email protected] from the account's email address and we'll delete it within 24 hours. All your data is permanently removed.
