Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Paid listing plans (Featured & Premium)

  • 7-day money-back guarantee: if you purchase a Featured (₹999/year) or Premium (₹2,999/year) plan and are not satisfied, request a full refund within 7 days of payment — no questions asked.
  • After 7 days, plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the annual term, since promotional benefits (top placement, featured badge, homepage rotation) are delivered continuously from the day of activation.
  • If we remove your listing for a breach of our Terms, no refund is due. If we discontinue a paid feature permanently, you receive a pro-rata refund for the unused period automatically.
  • Plans do not auto-renew — no surprise charges, so no renewal cancellations are needed.

2. Failed or duplicate payments

  • If money was deducted but your plan did not activate, the amount is automatically reversed by the payment gateway (Cashfree), typically within 5–7 working days.
  • Duplicate charges for the same order are refunded in full once verified — contact us with both transaction IDs.

3. Event tickets

  • Ticket reservations made on ENRAY are agreements between you and the event organiser. Where payment is collected by the organiser (e.g. at the venue), refunds for cancellation are the organiser's responsibility under their stated terms.
  • If an event is cancelled by the organiser, and you paid the organiser in advance, contact the organiser first; if unreachable, email us and we will assist in mediating.
  • You may cancel a reservation free of charge any time before the event by replying to your booking confirmation email.

4. How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected] from your registered email with your order ID (e.g. ENRAY_20260611_…).
  2. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 3 working days.
  3. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Cashfree and typically reflect in your account within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
