These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of enray.org(the "Service"), operated by ENRAY. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

2. Business Listings

You may list a business only if you are its owner or an authorised representative.
Listings must contain accurate, lawful information. We may review, edit, reject, suspend, or remove any listing at our discretion.
All new listings are subject to verification before appearing publicly.
You must not upload content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other rights. Do not use images you do not own or have permission to use.

3. Reviews & User Content

Reviews must be genuine and based on real experiences. Fake, defamatory, or abusive content is prohibited.
By posting content, you grant ENRAY a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it on the Service.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Paid Listings & Payments

Featured listings and subscriptions are billed through our payment provider, Cashfree.
Prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew or expire as stated at checkout.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a featured listing has gone live.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the Service without permission.
Attempt to disrupt, hack, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
Impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation.

6. Advertising

The Service displays third-party advertising (including Google AdSense). ENRAY is not responsible for the content of ads or third-party websites they link to. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are used.

7. Disclaimer

The Service and all business information are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ENRAY does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing, and is not a party to any transaction between users and listed businesses. Verify details directly with the business before relying on them.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENRAY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or from any dealings with businesses listed on it.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and remove your listings at any time if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms ENRAY or other users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala.
