1. About ENRAY

ENRAY (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates enray.org, an online business directory and events platform for Kerala, India. Our registered office is at EKP Arcade, Kondotty, Malappuram, Kerala 673638, India. By accessing or using enray.org (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

ENRAY provides:

  • A free, searchable directory of businesses across Kerala's 14 districts;
  • Paid promotional plans for business listings (“Featured” and “Premium”);
  • An events platform where users can list events and accept ticket reservations;
  • Customer reviews, business claims, and related features.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Business listings

  • Free listings are reviewed by our team and typically published within 24 hours.
  • You may only list a business you own or are authorised to represent.
  • Listing information must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
  • We may edit, reject, suspend, or remove any listing that is inaccurate, unlawful, infringing, offensive, or otherwise in breach of these terms, at our sole discretion.
  • Business “claims” require proof of ownership (e.g. GST, PAN, Udyam or trade licence). Submitting false ownership documents is grounds for permanent account termination.

5. Paid plans & payments

  • Paid plans (Featured — ₹999/year; Premium — ₹2,999/year, prices inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise) are billed annually in advance.
  • Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials on our servers.
  • A GST-compliant invoice is emailed after successful payment.
  • Plans renew only when you choose to renew — we do not auto-debit. Benefits end when the plan period expires.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Events & tickets

  • Event organisers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their event details and for honouring reserved tickets.
  • Ticket reservations made through ENRAY are agreements between the attendee and the event organiser. Unless stated otherwise, payment for tickets is collected by the organiser (e.g. at the venue), not by ENRAY.
  • ENRAY is not the organiser of listed events and is not liable for event cancellations, changes, or quality.

7. Reviews & user content

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. You may not post content that is false, defamatory, abusive, obscene, infringing, or unlawful. By posting content on ENRAY you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Service. We may moderate or remove user content at our discretion.

8. Prohibited use

You may not: scrape or bulk-extract data from the Service; attempt to gain unauthorised access; impersonate others; upload malware; use the Service for spam or fraud; or violate any applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

The ENRAY name, logo, design, and software are our property. Business names, logos, and photos in listings belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

10. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is”. While we verify listings where possible, we do not guarantee the accuracy of business information, reviews, or event details, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and a listed business or event organiser.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENRAY's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law & contact
